Authentically You, Unapologetically His

Mamas, be true to you.

In a world that tells us who we should be — the perfect mom, the flawless wife, the tireless achiever — staying true to who you really are can feel like a quiet rebellion. But let me remind you: there is strength in authenticity.

You weren’t created to blend in. You were created with a purpose, on purpose.

Being true to yourself means honoring the way God uniquely wired you. It means embracing your quirks, owning your story, and living out your calling — not someone else’s version of it. It’s okay if your journey doesn’t look like anyone else’s. You’re not falling behind. You’re just on a different path, designed specifically for you.

Matthew 7:1–5

1 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

Let go of the pressure to please everyone. You don’t need to earn approval — you already have God’s. His opinion of you has never wavered, even on your worst days.

So wear the bold lipstick if it makes you feel like you. Say no to what drains you and yes to what fuels your spirit. Parent your babies the way that brings peace to your home. Speak up. Stand firm. Laugh loudly. Be real — even if it makes others uncomfortable. Stand true to your personal convictions, and don’t back down.

Because the world doesn’t need more perfection, or anyone else’s opinion of what their vision is for you.

It needs more women who are true, and boldly themselves.

To the mama figuring it out, the woman reclaiming her voice, the heart craving alignment — you are seen. You are enough. And you are so worthy of showing up as yourself. Be genuine to who you are, and let God work out the rest.

Galatians 5:22-23

22 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
